Special Edition Books

Special edition book pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing lavishlibrarian@gmail.com
After 24 hours have passed, special edition pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Address changes can be made up until one week before special edition pre-orders begin shipping. Lavish Library will email all customers with a valid order 1-2 weeks prior to this date with a reminder for address changes. Prior to this, you can email lavishlibrarian@gmail.com with any address changes.

Apparel & Tote Bags

We use an Australian-based print-on-demand service to create your apparel order. This means your shirt may take a little bit longer to get to you, but it also means a few other other things:

1. Once you confirm your order with us, it goes straight to our supplier. This unfortunately means there are NO RETURNS, NO CHANGES and NO EXCHANGES of orders due to errors made in the order, including (but not limited to); wrong colour, wrong size or wrong design selection, quantity of items or customer details including shipping address.

- If you enter the wrong shipping address please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to rectify this with our printing partner.

2. You are supporting not just one, but TWO Australian businesses - woohoo!

3. You are helping us to avoid bulk ordering and manufacturing our apparel which helps to reduce overproduction, wastage and the impacts this has on the environment. Thank you :)

Stickers, Art Prints, Mugs & Bookmarks

These items are all handled and shipped by us direct from Lavish Library HQ. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or change any part of your order (including shipping address).

Once your order has shipped we cannot accommodate any exchanges, refunds or returns due to order errors or change of mind.

Special Edition Books

Please note that ALL special edition books work on a pre-order system. This means that the books ARE NOT ready to ship when you place your order.

Approximate shipping time-frames are listed in the product description of each special edition title.

Approximate production and shipping times range from 4-6 months from the close of pre-orders and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control.

We cannot ship special edition books to PO boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers.

While we have attempted to ensure all customs, duties and taxes have been covered, there is a chance you may still need to cover these costs before receiving your delivery. By purchasing this pre-order, the customer assumes responsibility for covering any additional costs required to facilitate delivery to their chosen country. Unfortunately, Lavish Library will be unable to offer refunds if your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs, duties or tax charges.

Standard Postage

• 8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia
• 8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
  

Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add an average 1-3 business days to the production time.

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are and not a guarantee.

Express Postage

• 5-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia
• 5-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
  

Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add an average 1-3 business days to the production time.

Express Orders are received and treated the same as Standard Post orders; there is no priority given (ie, top of the queue). The only difference is the delivery method.

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee.

Tracking

All apparel orders include tracking.

Stickers, Art Prints, Mugs & Bookmarks

These items will be shipped via Standard Post from Lavish Library HQ (in Brisbane, QLD) within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

Unfortunately tracking is unavailable for orders that only include stickers, art prints or bookmarks as these are sent as Letters. Orders that include mugs will have tracking.
