Subscription Boxes

We aim to ship subscription boxes within 2-3 weeks of the purchase/renewal date.

Shipping for orders from our Australian warehouse will be calculated from live AusPost rates at every renewal. This is so that as we receive discounted shipping rates from Aus Post, we can pass these savings on to you. Shipping on orders from our U.S warehouse will be fixed.

Although all care is made to ship your order from Australia with all duties, taxes & tariffs paid - this landscape is changing rapidly. It remains the responsibility of the customer to pay any outstanding duties, taxes or tariffs due upon delivery.

Orders shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse are shipped as Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), so it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any outstanding duties, taxes or tariffs due upon delivery.

Special Edition Books

Please note that ALL special edition books work on a pre-order system, unless they are marked as "READY TO SHIP". When books are on pre-order, this means that they ARE NOT ready to ship when you place your order. Approximate shipping timeframes are listed in the product description of each special edition title. Approximate production and shipping times range from 4-6 months from the close of pre-orders and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control.

Once the special editions are received, pre-orders fulfilled & the overstock listed on the website, they will be marked as "READY TO SHIP".

Stickers, Art Prints, Mugs & Bookmarks

Please note that these items are only available for order within Australia. These items will be shipped via Standard Post from Lavish Library HQ (in Brisbane, QLD) within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

Unfortunately, tracking is unavailable for orders that only include stickers, art prints or bookmarks as these are sent as Letters. Orders that include mugs will have tracking.
